Is Lille an online store or a physical store?

Lille has both. We have a showroom you can visit and now we are online too, so you can shop from anywhere in India and internationally.

What does 18kt gold mean?

18kt means 75% pure gold. It is stronger than 22kt gold, holds diamonds better, and is perfect for daily use. All Lille pieces carry the BIS hallmark and government certified purity.

How do I verify the gold purity of Lille’s Jewellery?

Every piece has a HUID number. Just enter it in the BIS Care app and it will confirm the purity and jeweller details instantly.

Are the diamonds of Lille’s Jewellery real and certified?

Yes. All our diamonds are natural and come with an IGI certificate covering cut, colour, clarity and carat weight. The certificate is included with your order.

Is Lille jewellery good for daily wear?

Yes, that is exactly what Lille is designed for. All our designs will match your office, college, casual outings, everyday styling. It is lightweight, minimal and comfortable for all-day wear.

Do you have jewellery for men and kids too?

Yes. We have minimal, modern pieces for men and lightweight, safe designs for kids, all in 18kt gold with diamonds and gemstones.

Can I customise a piece of Jewellery at Lille?

How do I find my size online in your website?

Each product page has a size guide. For rings, measure your finger at end of day for the best fit. Still unsure? Message us and our support team will help you.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to all locations across India. Orders are fully insured during transit and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Lille ships worldwide. International shipping is available and the exact charges will be shown at checkout based on your country.

Is my order safe during shipping?

Every order is insured and packed securely in Lille signature packaging. We ship with trusted courier partners and you get a tracking link once dispatched.

What is the return policy?

At Lille, every piece is crafted, hallmarked and quality-checked with full precision before it reaches you, which is why we do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions about the piece. The only exception is transit damage.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right. We'll sort it out right away for replacement or refund, your choice.

How do I reach the Lille team?

You can reach us on WhatsApp, email or phone. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 7 pm. We usually reply within a few hours.

Absolutely. You are always welcome to visit us, try pieces in person and ask questions. Our showroom team is happy to help you find the right piece.

How do I take care of my Lille jewellery?

Keep away from perfume and soap. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store in the pouch or box it came in. Do not use chemicals or bleach to wash.

Will the gold colour fade over time?

18kt gold does not fade or rust. With basic care it stays beautiful for years. If you notice any dullness, a quick clean with warm water and a soft cloth brings the shine back.
