Lille is a jewelry brand from Tamil Nadu, India. We make 18kt gold and real diamond jewelry for women, men and kids. We prioritize minimal designs, everyday wear gold Jewelry. We sell through our showroom and online. When you shop with us, you are agreeing to what is written here. If anything is not clear, just message us before you order. We are happy to help.

Everything we sell is 18kt gold, BIS hallmarked with the stamp. All diamond pieces come with an SGL certificate that tells you the cut, colour, clarity and carat of your diamond. We don’t sell lab grown or fake diamonds. If a product is different in any way, we will say it clearly on that product page. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.

When you place an order, it’s not confirmed right away. You will get a confirmation email from us once it’s done. Please check all your details before ordering, like size, address and phone number. We are not responsible if something goes wrong because of wrong details given by you.

If a product is out of stock or there is a mistake in the price on our website, we will let you know and cancel that order. A full refund will be given in that case.

We don’t accept cancellations. Once you place an order, it goes into production or packing right away. So please be sure before you order.

If you have a doubt about size, design or anything else, just message us first. We will help you pick the right piece. It’s better to ask before buying than to regret after.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges. All our jewelry is made with real gold and certified diamonds. Each piece is quality checked before packing and shipping. So, we request you to please read the product details, check the size guide and ask us any questions before placing the order.

We know this is different from what some other brands offer. But this is how we keep our prices honest and our quality high. We would rather help you choose right the first time.

We pack every order very carefully. But sometimes things happen during shipping that are not in our control. If your order arrives physically damaged, we will help you. Here is what you need to do:

Step 1.  Record a clear unboxing video when you open the package. Don’t skip this step. Without a video we cannot process your claim.

Step 2.  Send the video to us on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery. If you contact us after 24 hours, we will not be able to help.

Step 3.  Our team will look at the video and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. If the damage happened during transit, we will replace the piece.

Please note, we only cover damage that clearly happened during shipping. If the piece looks used or the damage looks like it happened after delivery, we will not be able to accept the claim. We are fair about this and we hope you are too.

We accept UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (Terms and Conditions Apply).

All online payments are safe and go through trusted payment gateways. We don’t store your card details anywhere. COD is available in most places but may not be available for all orders. You will see this at checkout. For international orders, only card payment is accepted.

We ship all over India and internationally too.

India: Delivery in 3 to 7 business days. Your order is insured during shipping and packed in our Lille box. You will get a tracking link once we dispatch.

International: We ship worldwide. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout depending on your country. Delivery time varies by location. Any customs duties or taxes at your end are your responsibility. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs. If your order is lost during transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise a claim with the courier and help you.

We offer lifetime exchange on all Lille jewelry. You can bring your piece to our showroom anytime. The exchange value will be based on the gold rate on that day, minus making charges. We will tell you the exact value before you decide. No hidden charges, no pressure.

We collect your name, address, email and phone number only to deliver your order and stay in touch with you about it. We don’t sell your information to anyone. Your payment details are handled by safe third-party gateways; we don’t save them. For more, check our Privacy Policy.

All Lille designs, photos, content and the brand name belong to us. Please don’t copy or use them without asking us first. We take our designs seriously and protect them.

These terms follow Indian law. If there is ever a problem, it will be handled by the courts in Tamil Nadu, India. Before going that route, please reach out to us first. We will always try to sort things out the right way.
